Screed additive, drying accelerator

FAST FLUID 300

COD: FAST FLUID 300

FAST FLUID 300 is a liquid to be added to sand and cement screed mixes to accelerate the drying and curing process. Under ideal conditions, the screed will already be ready for laying with cementitious adhesive only 24 hours after casting. It is used at 1.5 percent by weight of cement.

description

is a liquid additive for cement screeds with action: → fluidizer; → water reducer; → drying accelerator. is specially formulated for: • reduce the amount of water in the dough; • anticipate the development of part of the moisturizing heat of the cement (reduction of the setting start time). The result of this dual effect is a significant reduction in the drying time of the screed that allows the early use of the surface for laying the coatings. is chloride-free.

use case

  • FAST FLUID 300 is used in the preparation of:
  • • conventional cementitious screeds, both floating and anchored;
  • • floating and anchored composite and lightweight screeds;
  • FAST FLUID 300 is also particularly suitable in making screeds on underfloor heating/cooling systems (radiant floor systems) as it allows for very compact, air-reduced mixes with excellent heat transfer characteristics.
