is a premixed powder that, with the addition of water in exact proportions, forms a specific mixture for making adhesion screeds, thin-layer skim coats, reparations and repairs for any type of thickness on any type of surface both indoors and outdoors. When admixed with GROVE PRIMER ECO in the right proportions, forms a grout characterized by remarkable adhesion capacity that allows its use on both traditional substrates (concrete or screed) and tiles, including those with a glossy surface.
use case
- GROVE MASSETTO is used EXCLUSIVELY IN ADHESION to other surfaces.
- Therefore, it is necessary before proceeding with the laying of GROVE MASSETTO, to treat the surface with an ADHESIVE BOIACCA produced with GROVE SLAID and GROVE PRIMER ECO (See the section "Preparing the ADHESIVE BOIACCA with GROVE PRIMER ECO" in the chapter "Product Preparation").
- GROVE MASSETTO is suitable for:
- ► Change slopes or bring back thin layers – up to 2 cm thick – on old and new floors.
- ► Modify the slopes of flat roofs, terraces and balconies before waterproofing treatment with liquid membranes or before laying tiles.
- ► Skim tiled surfaces with deep joints for subsequent resin laying.
- ► Skim and close the pore of "open-pore" processed screeds.
- ► Modify the slopes on flat roofs, terraces and balconies, before the waterproofing treatment to be carried out with liquid membranes or before laying tiles.
- ► Cover thin layers to smooth the bottom of the pools (See "Preparation of GROVE MASSETTO by adding GROVE PRIMER ECO to the mixing water" in the chapter "Preparing the product").
- GROVE PRIMER ECO + ADHESIVE GROUT GROVE MASSETTO adheres perfectly to:
- • Sand and cement screeds, self-levelling cement screeds, anhydrite and calcium sulphate screeds.
- • Quartz-hardened industrial concretes.
- • Stoneware, clinker and porcelain stoneware tiles without polishing.
- • Natural stone, cement tiles, marble-cement and terracotta.
