Adhesive latex for addition to cementitious adhesives such as MONOTACK SR and MONOTACK SUPER. Greatly increases the adhesiveness, flexibility and watertightness of the adhesive. Added to NORDCEM for all applications where greater flexibility and adhesion to the product substrate are required or to eliminate the problem of continuous wetting of the treated surface during hot weather.
Description
BETONLATEX is a product based on high molecular weight elastomeric polymers in water dispersion, emulsifiers, stabilizers and additives. Added to cementitious compounds of various kinds, BETONLATEX increases the performance of adhesion, flexibility and impermeability. BETONLATEX is specifically formulated for enhancing the performance (flexibility and adhesion) of cement adhesives of the NORD RESINE range.
Field of application
- BETONLATEX is specific as:
- • Additive for MONOTACK SUPER (C2T cement-based adhesive, see Technical Data Sheet), for laying porcelain stoneware on top of existing polished porcelain stoneware without any preparation other than normal cleaning.
- • Additive for NORDCEM (see Technical Data Sheet) in all applications where greater flexibility and adhesion of the product to the substrate are required.
- • Additive for NORDCEM, to eliminate the need to continuously wet the treated surface during hot weather.
- • Additive for any cement mixture whose adhesion and flexibility are to be improved.
