description
is a fast-drying grey mono-component adhesive for ceramic tiles and dark natural stone surfaces, made with cement, silica sand with selected grain size, resins and special additives. is an adhesive that sets and hardens very rapidly, making it suitable for laying coverings that must be used a few hours after they are applied. can be prepared by mixing with the sole addition of clean water when applied. In addition to being highly workable, the product features high adhesiveness and thixotropy, and good open time.
use case
- MONOTACK FLEXORAPID is designed for bonding small, medium and large format stones and tiles, also overlapping, wall and floor, with adhesive thickness up to 15 mm.
- ► MONOTACK FLEXORAPID can be used on the following substrates:
- • Interior walls and ceilings in cement plaster or painted plaster.
- • Rigidly supported plasterboard.
- • Fibre cement walls or concrete blocks.
- • External walls in cement plaster or mortar.
- • Premixed or traditional screeds and self-levelling cement-based screeds.
- • Gypsum, anhydride screeds, wood, after treatment with RICRETE 1C.
- • Concrete.
- • Radiant floors.
- • Floors and walls waterproofed with BETONSHEATH, BETONSHEATH. S, NORTIG and other single-component polymer dispersion systems.
- ► MONOTACK FLEXORAPID is suitable for the installation of:
- • Dark-coloured marble, granite and natural stone (siliceous and carbonate).
- • Recomposed stones, with the exception of recompositions with a high resin content such as Venetian terraces and embeddings.
- • Single- and double-fired ceramic tiles.
- • Stoneware, porcelain stoneware and clinker tiles.
- •Cooked.
