Two-component aliphatic solvent-colored finish for the realization of finishes on TRAFFIDECK, HELASTON COLOR, NORTIG, PU SEAL and PU BASE. It can be aestheticized with sprinkling of colored FLAKES and subsequent TIPEWALL TRANSPARENT finish.

description

is a two-component solvent polyurethane coating consisting of: • component A: mixture of functionalized prepolymers, pigments, additives and solvents; • Component B: aliphatic prepolysocyanate. When mixed, the two components result in a flexible and tough material. Applied to a variety of surfaces, allows for glossy coatings that are highly resistant to weathering, sunlight (UV and IR), abrasion and foot traffic. The use of in the WHITE color contributes to LEED credits for reducing the heat island effect.

use case

  • • TIPEWALL is the ideal outdoor protective finish for rigid resin floors of the NORPHEN series or flexible resin floors of the NORPHEN PU, HELASTON COLOR, TRAFFIDECK FLEX 2000 and 3000 series.
  • The protective effect of TIPEWALL prevents at the same time the yellowing, early opacification and embrittlement that the resins would naturally undergo.
  • • TIPEWALL can also be used as a high-strength aesthetic finish on surfaces waterproofed with walkable liquid membranes of the NORTIG series (all, see Technical Data Sheets).
  • - The product can also be applied as it is, in two coats, as a protective coat on any building surface (plaster, concrete, etc...) after preparing the base with NORPHEN FONDO IGRO (see Technical Data Sheet) as a consolidator/adhesion promoter.
