Viscous fluid epoxy adhesive for concrete-on-concrete structural bonding. It is used even in the presence of high humidity. Also suitable for bonding plasters, screeds and premixed sand and cement mortar carryovers on structural work.

is a structural epoxy bi-component adhesive, solvent-free, composed of: •Comp. A: Mixture of liquid and filled epoxy prepolymers. • Comp. B: Copolymerization amine. The product is specially designed to give rise to an adhesive layer compatible with humidity able to guarantee the adhesion of a fresh concrete jet to the support on which it was applied (pouring). cures without shrinkage. At full hardening it adheres firmly to concrete and steel, is totally impermeable to water and develops a bonding with high physical-mechanical characteristics.
use case
- NORPHEN RICRETE is used in:
- • Realization of casting joints between fresh concrete and hardened concrete.
- • Permanent bonding of structural mortars to any type of building support (concrete, brick walls, stones, natural stones of all kinds, metal and wood).
- • Sealing cracks in concrete using the "stitching" technique.
- • Sealing cracks in screeds.
- As a casting adhesive NORPHEN RICRETE it can be used in particular for:
- • Casting reinforcing pillars and beams.
- • Casting on the surface of degraded industrial floors.
- • Casting of rigid impermeable joints (e.g. between the slab and the elevation wall in sealed tanks).
