The ideal paving for drive-over roofs must withstand heavy stresses, including weather, every day. These surfaces must be adequately supported with coverings that not only support the passage of vehicles and people, but also ensure all those functions that facilitate daily operations. For outdoor car parks requiring waterproofing and an armoured coating systems capable of withstanding light vehicle traffic (up to 3500 kg), Nord Resine offers a coating system consisting of a primer to be applied with a roller, a waterproofing layer with HELASTON COLOR to be applied on the primer when still wet, a skim coat with TRAFFIDECK GRIP 1000 loaded AND sprinkled until saturation with quartz sand and a TIPEWALL finish with customised colour, capable of retaining over time the aesthetic and functional value of the coating.
For coatings intended to withstand heavy vehicle traffic (articulated lorries), Nord Resine offers a cycle similar to that indicated above, but with an epoxy primer sprinkled with quartz, a self-levelling waterproofing layer with FLEX 3000 HA and a final, 3.5 mm thick layer using GRIP 1000, loaded and sprinkled until saturation with quartz sand and a TIPEWALL finish.

Specific liquid membrane for the realisation of quartz mortar layers with high resistance to tearing and able to withstand both light and heavy vehicle traffic, according to the final thickness of the mortar.

Nord Resine recommends a system based on PU BASE, a liquid membrane with exceptional characteristics of waterproofing, elasticity, hardness and toughness, with the specific root inhibitor additive DERADIX and reinforced with NYCON 100, a continuous filament fabric of PE/NYLON. The PU BASE system is certified as a ROOT INHIBITOR according to UNI CEN/TS 14416.
