Water-based, semi-gloss epoxy coating for substrates with moisture up to 6% (carbide measurement), high mechanical and aesthetic performance. Almost zero yellowing. Available in tinting system colors. For low opacity tints, use NORPHEN SW FONDO first.

is a two-component, water-based enamel composed of: • component A: mixture of liquid epoxy prepolymers and additives; • Component B: copolymerization amine, pigments, additives and water. creates a coating: • impermeable to water; • impervious to oils; • permeable to water vapour; • with excellent adhesion to the substrate; • Equipped with good general chemical resistance.

  • SW SMALTO is used in the cladding of industrial concrete surfaces on walls, floors and tunnels.

  • • In industry as a film coating impermeable to water and oil for stain and dust protection in warehouses, depots, processing departments with soft wheel trolleys.
  • • In school and public buildings as an aesthetic coating with water and oil impermeable film for stain and dust protection.
  • • In residential construction (apartments and private houses) as an aesthetic coating on QUARTZ BASE (see Technical Data Sheet) well sanded with fine diamond tools.

  • • In the food industry and in wineries as an anti-mould and waterproof coating of walls in processing or storage departments, even in the presence of high humidity.
  • • In public bathrooms and changing rooms of swimming pools, gyms, schools, factories, shopping malls.

  • The test report n° 173969/e issued by the EMPA in Zurich (Federal Materials Testing and Research Laboratory) is available, certifying the suitability of the product to cover tunnel walls in the road sector.
