Description

RIVLATEX is an aqueous dispersion of an elastomeric polymer, free from plasticizers. By virtue of the extremely low average size of the dispersion particles, the high penetration capacity of RIVLATEX makes it possible to penetrate, consolidate, and prepare the surfaces of microporous substrates, such as gypsum, gypsum board, lime, cement, and plaster, for subsequent treatments of various kinds.

Field of application

  • RIVLATEX is used as an adhesion primer and absorption uniforming agent for lime, gypsum, plasterboard, concrete and plaster surfaces for the subsequent treatments of:
  • • Painting with any type of water-based paint for interiors and exteriors.
  • • Application of water-based liquid conduits of the NORTIG series, BETONGUAINA series and RIVENORD LAST.
  • • Bonding of ceramic tiles with adhesives from the MONOTACK and PK 170 series.
  • • Application of coloured plasters.
  • • Application of cementitious layers.
