Single-component water-based viscous liquid product with granular effect. Very high adhesion (up to 15 N/mm² on porcelain stoneware) for "difficult" adhesions such as in the case of skim coats, adhesives and mortars on glass, ceramics, stoneware, painted surfaces, plastics, etc.

RICRETE 1C is used as an adhesion promoter for shavings, paints, mortars, resin coatings and adhesives of all types on glossy and non-absorbent substrates such as:
• glazed ceramic cladding;
• stone cladding;
• rigid PVC and other plastics (except PE and PTFE);
•linoleum;
• Resin coatings (water-based or solvent-based).
RICRETE 1C can also be used as an adhesion promoter on concrete and on non-absorbent and moisture-sensitive substrates such as:
• wood (including chipboard, MDF and OSB);
• chalk;
• anhydrite.
► Typical applications of RICRETE 1C are:
→ the preparation of tiled surfaces (with glazed ceramic, porcelain stoneware, stone) or resin-coated surfaces for the overapplication of skim coats (trowel or self-leveling);
→ the preparation of tiled surfaces (with glazed ceramic, porcelain stoneware, stone) or resin-coated surfaces for bonding tiles with cementitious adhesives;
→ the surface treatment of chipboard or wood panels for subsequent application of moisture protection products;
→ the surface treatment of plasters, both interior and exterior, even in the presence of thin-film paints or coatings.
► The product can also be used on heating screeds.
For outdoor use or on surfaces that will be in continuous contact with moisture, a special cross-linking agent must be added to RICRETE 1C/PLUS (see the chapter "Product preparation" below).
