Solvent-based, odorless, fixative primer for impregnating and consolidating chalking and/or highly absorbent wall substrates before painting cycles. Applicable to lime-based, lime-cement, gypsum plaster, gypsum board, precast concrete, already painted plasters, old repaired or patched surfaces, and so on.

is a very fluid consolidating primer based on thermoplastic acrylic copolymers dissolved in hydrocarbon solvent. Thanks to its excellent fluidity it also penetrates the capillary micro-porosity of building surfaces and exerts an important consolidating and anti-chalking effect. Due to its particular chemical composition, matures even at very low temperatures and with high values of relative humidity of the air. When fully matured, the surfaces treated with become an excellent support, cohesive, stable and uniformly absorbent, for subsequent treatment with: • paints (acrylic or acrylic-siloxane); • Acrylic-based liquid membranes. The use of neutralizes the harmful effects of alkalinity typical of the most common building supports. Compared to other similar products available on the market, it is almost odorless and suitable for use both outdoors and indoors (providing adequate ventilation). can also be applied on surfaces already painted or painted. If the coating is stable, acts as a consolidating agent and anti-stripping agent; if the coating is labile or not adhering to the surface, facilitates the removal of inconsistent parts.

- PRIMER PLS is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and applies to:

- → to eliminate the negative effects of the alkalinity typical of cement and lime-based products;
- → to even out surface absorption.

- → to improve the anchoring of finishing coatings (paints or sheaths);
- → consolidate or remove chalky or poorly cohesive treatments;
- → to even out the absorption in the case of patched surfaces or surfaces made of different materials.
- PRIMER PLS is applicable on:
- • precast concrete;
- • lime-coated plasters;
- • plasters that have already been painted;
- • old repaired or patched surfaces;
- • porous stone material;
