Transparent two-component solvent-based coating to be applied over NORPHEN POOL after a pass with an abrasive sponge (white Scotch Brite type) to remove any amine residues. Any second coat should be applied (absolutely) using the "fresh on fresh" technique.
Description
POOL FINITURA TRASPARENTE is a solvent-based bi-component polyurethane product consisting of: • component A: mixture of functionalized prepolymers, additives and solvents; • Component B: aliphatic polyisocyanic prepolymer. The two mixed components give rise to a liquid product, transparent and easy to apply, which after maturation form a flexible, tenacious, shiny film, resistant to chemical attack, atmospheric agents and abrasion. The product is also available in the ADS (non-slip) and EXTRAGRIP versions, with inert fillers that eliminate slipperiness in the presence of water (see the Technical Data section in the "Anti-slip properties" section).
Field of application
- POOL FINITURA TRASPARENTE is used as:
- • Protective finishing of epoxy, polyurethane, polyester, acrylic, methacrylic systems (both water-based and solvent-based) in order to avoid premature opaciation.
- • Protective of decorative systems that must be made waterproof and chemically resistant to the sanitized water of a swimming pool.
- • Finishing coat of POOL COLORED FINISH in NORPHEN POOL based cycles for swimming pools, fountains or tubs.
