is a 200 g/m² areic-mass continuous-thread nonwoven synthetic fiber fabric. Due to its special composition and manufacture, manifests very high alkalinity resistance, making it ideal for reinforcing both polymer-cement and solvent-based liquid membranes.
use case
- NYCON 200 is used as reinforcing reinforcement in combination with water- or solvent-based liquid products to make waterproofing membranes with high mechanical strength.
- Due to its mechanical properties and chemical composition NYCON 200 it is specific for reinforcing waterproofing systems made with BETONGUAINA or BETONGUAINA.S on surfaces that exhibit excellent flatness.
- NYCON 200 also finds use as reinforcement in conjunction with the following products:
- • AMIANTOPLAST;
- • ELASTIC TOP;
- • HELASTON COLOR;
- • NORTIG;
- • RIVENORD LAST;
- - U.V. LASTIK.
- NYCON 200 is also ideal in combination with PU BASE, an epoxy-polyurethane two-component liquid elastomeric membrane (see Data Sheet).
- Given the high viscosity of the product, use the smooth steel trowel to expel the air that tends to get trapped in the reinforcement during impregnation.
