Two-component epoxy consolidator without shrinkage for low pressure injections on structures to be consolidated by bonding and filling.
description
is a highly injectable, solvent-free, superfluid two-component epoxy resin composed of: • component A: mixture of liquid epoxy prepolymers; • component B: copolymerization amine. The high fluidity of the product favors the impregnation of the support in which it is injected. Once completely cured, the material forms a shrinkage-free binding mass that consolidates the structure, improving its mechanical characteristics, flexibility and compressive strength.
use case
- NORPHEN INJECTION is used in:
- • Monolithic restoration of cracked load-bearing structures following overloads, vibrations, accidental shocks, etc.
- • Bonding and structural reinforcement by low-pressure injection.
- Some examples of application of NORPHEN INJECTION are:
- • Structural repair of beams, columns and cracked slabs (by low-pressure injection).
- • Restoration of the impermeability of tanks, tanks or slotted channels.
- • Restoration of façade elements, cladding and architectural elements in the process of detachment (by means of low-pressure injection).
- • Protective injection into pre-stressing cable sheaths in sliding cable systems (C.A.P. and post-tensioned cables).
- • Structural consolidation and repair of road, civil and industrial works with cracks.
- • Sealing of cracks in cement screeds.
