EPOXY ENAMEL

NORPHEN 300

COD: NORPHEN 300

Solvent-free, self-levelling epoxy coating for substrates with moisture not exceeding 3 percent (carbide measurement), applicable by roller and trowel (quartz sand loadable). Available in dye system colors. [xxxx] can be used as a top coat (by roller or trowel, if loaded with quartz sand) on a base prepared with FONDO SL or with FONDO SL loaded with 0.1-0.3 quartz. It also finds use as a finish coat for multilayer floors, applied with trowel mod. L 400, on quartz dusting 0.4-0.6 mm or 0.3-0.9 mm.

description

is a bi-component epoxy product that can be used to formulate coloured and semi-glossy coatings for concrete floors. The product consists of: • component A: mixture of liquid epoxy prepolymers and special fillers; • component B: copolymerization amine. Coatings made with have remarkable ease of cleaning/disinfectability, hardness, abrasion resistance and good overall chemical resistance, while maintaining good flexibility. In addition to this, gives rise to a coating with a pleasant surface appearance, waterproof, semi-glossy, easy to clean, suitable especially in environments where special hygienic requirements are prescribed (see par. "Certifications") and ease of maintenance. can be finished with other products in order to increase its final characteristics: ► NORPHEN 200 HCR (see Data Sheet) → epoxy coating with high chemical resistance. ► NORDPUR OUTDOORS (see Data Sheet) → solvent aliphatic polyurethane systems to improve resistance to yellowing.

use case

  • NORPHEN 300 is an exceptionally fluid product (very low viscosity) and with a strong self-leveling capacity, factors that make it ideal for the realization of concrete floor coverings.
  • In particular, NORPHEN 300 is used as:
  • • Coating of concrete floors with a thickness of 0.2 – 0.3 mm • applied with a trowel + roller on a base prepared with FONDO SL (see Technical Data Sheet).
  • • Self-levelling coating with a thickness of 0.6 – 0.8 mm • applied with a toothed float on a base prepared with FONDO SL (see Technical Data Sheet).
  • - Self-levelling, non-slip coating with high abrasion resistance, for wet environments → mixed with QUARZO COLORATO 0.3 - 0.9 and applied by smooth steel trowel on base prepared with FONDO SL and sparse dusting of QUARZO NATURALE 0.1 - 0.6 (see Technical Data Sheet).
  • • Finishing of multilayer floors for food industries • applied with NYLON SPALOLA (mod. L400) on a surface prepared with MALTA RAPIDA 12 or MALTA RAPIDA 13 (dusted with waste).
  • As a finishing hand with high chemical resistance can be applied NORPHEN 200 HCR roller.
  • - Colored primer for floorings aestheticized with AQUALAMINE, glitter, etc. and finished with NORDPUR TRANSPARENT EXTERIOR.
