Solvent- and water-free epoxy coating for substrates with moisture not exceeding 3% (carbide measurement), high yield. Available in tinting system colors. For poorly covering colors, use NORPHEN 200 BOTTOM first. Can be aestheticized with dusting of colored LAMINES or MICROLAMINES and finished with EASY-LAST COAT TRANSPARENT.
Description
NORPHEN 200 is a bi-component epoxy product that can be used to formulate coatings for concrete floors. The product consists of: • component A: mixture of liquid epoxy prepolymers and special fillers; • component B: copolymerization amine. Coatings made with NORPHEN 200 have considerable hardness, abrasion resistance and good overall chemical resistance, while maintaining good flexibility. In addition to this, NORPHEN 200 gives rise to a coating with a pleasing surface appearance (smooth or non-slip depending on the mode of application), waterproof, glossy, easy to clean, suitable especially in environments where special hygienic requirements are prescribed (see section "Certifications") and easy to maintain.
Field of application
- NORPHEN 200 is used as:
- • Dustproof, coloured, waterproof and wheelable coating with thicknesses from 150 to 300 microns, for industrial concrete flooring.
- • Anti-dust coating with high mechanical resistance filled with quartz or corundum fillers with thicknesses from 500 to 1000 microns, for greater resistance to abrasion and/or to create grip (slip resistance, see Tab.1).
- • Coloured primer for floors aestheticized with AQUALAMINE, glitter, etc., and finished with transparent NORDPUR EXTERNAL.
- • Finishing coating of multilayer systems structured with MALTA RAPIDA and STRATOFLEX.
