description

is a colored two-component coating based on liquid epoxy resins specific for the realization of floors with high technological characteristics. The product consists of: • component A: mixture of liquid epoxy prepolymers, pigments, additives and special fillers; • component B: copolymerization amine. static (A) and in class B.4.1 (armed with NYCON F) according to the dynamic method (B). Once completely cured, the coatings made with show the following characteristics: • excellent chemical resistance; • fire reaction class B1-fl according to EN 13501-1 (old Class 1 according to Ministerial Decree of 26 June 1984); • Suitable for installation in environments with the presence of food.

use case

  • NORPHEN 200 HCR AUTOESTINGUENTE is used as a thick coating (about 200 microns) anti-oil, anti-dust and impermeable to water, oils and liquid fuels for floors and walls of:
  • • boiler rooms;
  • • premises where processing is carried out in the food sector;
  • • in all other situations where it is necessary to create a floor covering with a fire reaction class of Bfl-s1.
