Two-component liquid membrane that can be used for the construction of waterproof surfaces, especially suitable for sports fields, gyms and anti-shock coatings indoors and outdoors (in the latter case with anti-UV protection).

Description
HELASTON COLOR is a bi-component polyurethane product consisting of: • Component A: mixture of functionalized prepolymers, pigments, additives and fillers. • Component B: poly-isocyanate. HELASTON COLOR is applied (with or without reinforcement) on surfaces of various kinds to create a highly elastic, walkable and abrasion-resistant waterproof surface. HELASTON COLOR adheres on various types of materials, provided they are dry. HELASTON COLOR is resistant to the attack of de-icing salts, UV rays and atmospheric agents. HELASTON COLOR tends to yellow, for this reason, it is advisable to choose yellow/reddish colours or cover the finished surface with a thin layer of coloured TIPEWALL (see Technical Sheet).
Field of application
- HELASTON COLOR is used for the realization of waterproof and / or aesthetic protective coatings on:
- • Surfaces with high walkability.
- • Driveways.
- •Gyms.
- • Tennis courts.
- • Multi-purpose playgrounds.
- Suitable supports for laying HELASTON COLOR are:
- • Asphalt (where it can be applied without priming).
- • Concrete (with NORPHEN PRIMER FONDO HYGRO).
- • Sand and cement screeds (with NORPHEN PRIMER FONDO IGRO).
- • Resin and/or paint coatings (with NORDPROM SV primer).
