description

is a non-film-forming liquid hydrophobizant consisting of chemically modified siloxane oligomers and functionalized metal compounds dissolved in odorless (dearomatized) solvent. Once the solvent has evaporated, the active ingredients polymerize in the cavities of the impregnated material, coat its walls and make it hydrophobic. : • It has a strong resistance to alkalinity. • It is very resistant to salts found in masonry. • Resists hydraulic thrust and washout.

use case

  • ► NORDRY 200 I-ECO is indicated as a hydrophobic solution for injection to eliminate the problem of capillary ascent.
  • As an injectable treatment NORDRY 200 I-ECO it is particularly effective on masonry:
  • • with a strong presence of salts of any kind;
  • • with medium and high porosity;
  • • exposed to contact with sea water;
  • • made of blocks of concrete, expanded clay and split gravel (high porosity of the material);
  • • built with mixed materials including highly porosity mortars (old gravel-based mixtures);
  • ► NORDRY 200 I-ECO is effective in the surface treatment of materials that need to be protected from water penetration (hydrophobic):
  • • continuous immersion;
  • • in discontinuous contact, e.g. surfaces exposed to rainfall.
