Super-fast thixotropic anti-shrinkage mortar, based on hydraulic cement, for rapid repairs on concrete floors, walls, beams, asphalt mats and when it is necessary to quickly put the repaired part into operation.
description
is a one-component powder premix based on cementitious binders, silica aggregates and reinforcing fibers. With only the addition of clean water, yields a highly thixotropic mix with setting within 15 minutes (at +20°C). may not be effective in removing some bi-component reactive products. In this case use GEL STRIPPER or FLUIDI STRIPPER (see Technical Data Sheets). It has a remarkable resistance to atmospheric agents and a fast grip.
use case
- MALTAFIX is used for:
- • Rapid repairs of industrial floors and outdoor yards, in concrete and asphalt.
- • Repair of screeds or industrial concrete floors before subsequent treatments.
- • Repairs and renovations of grout mortars on pavements and natural stone squares.
- • Fixing poles, pipes, railings and for filling cracks, chips and grouts.
- • Creation of quick-setting shells between walls and floors.
- • Construction of concrete covers on spacers after dismantling wooden formwork in retaining wall castings.
- • Fastening of hooks, tie rods, clamps.
- MALTAFIX is not suitable for the realization of extended carryovers.
