GLASS MESH-RIGID is a 0°-90° bidirectional AR glass fiber rigid preformed mesh for CRM structural reinforcement systems. It has a high zirconium content (>16%), which provides resistance to alkalis in the mortar matrix, and has a special impregnation, which improves compatibility and adhesion with cementitious mortars and lime-based mortars. Complies with the UNI EN 15422 standard.
Description
GLASS MESH-RIGID is a rigid preformed mesh in alkali-resistant bidirectional fiberglass, particularly suitable in structural reinforcement systems with G-CRM reinforced plaster. GLASS MESH-RIGID has a high zirconium content (>16%), which offers resistance to the alkalis present in the mortar matrix and has a special impregnation, which improves compatibility and adhesion with cement mortars and lime-based mortars. GLASS MESH-RIGID complies with EN 15422 and is available in the following versions: • GLASS MESH-RIGID 250/99x99/H105 • weight 250 g/m², mesh (99x99) mm, height 105 cm. • GLASS MESH-RIGID 380/66x66/H105 • weight 380 g/m², mesh (66x66) mm, height 105 cm. • GLASS MESH-RIGID 760/33x33/H105 • weight 760 g/m², mesh (33x33) mm, height 105 cm.
Field of application
- GLASS MESH-RIGID is used, with cementitious mortars and lime-based mortars from the GROVE line, for the rehabilitation of buildings in need of reconstruction, consolidation and adaptation to operating stresses, following degradation due to causes such as overloads, subsidence, earthquake and other degradation of various kinds.
