Description

MONOTACK EPOSEAL W is a two-component colored mortar-very soft to apply-with high chemical-mechanical strengths based on epoxy resin, silica aggregates and special fillers specifically designed for high-strength bonding of mosaics and tiles on vertical and horizontal building surfaces. Applied on a surface covered with mosaic or tiles, MONOTACK EPOSEAL W allows to realize colored joints (MONOTACK EPOSEAL W, as per the color chart "THE COLORS OF THE FUGANTI") chemically very resistant and stable to sunlight. MONOTACK EPOSEAL W is Suitable for making HACCP-compliant surfaces.

Field of application

  • MONOTACK EPOSEAL W finds use as an adhesive and sealant for mosaic and ceramic tile coverings with joint widths between 2 and 15 mm when high resistance to chemicals and washing (acid and alkaline) and high hygienic standards are required.
  • ► Examples of MONOTACK EPOSEAL W application:
  • • swimming pools and fountains with fresh, thermal or brackish water;
  • • floors and walls of bathrooms and showers;
  • • floors and walls in company, hospital, hotel kitchens and canteens, etc.;
  • • floors and walls of breweries, canning industries, cellars, slaughterhouses, etc.;
  • • tanks and floors of purification plants;
  • • Tables, walls and floors in laboratories.
  • ► Surfaces for which MONOTACK EPOSEAL W is not eligible:
  • • Tuscan terracotta.
  • • areas in oil mills.
