is a solvent-free tri-component elastic polyurethane resin for the realization of the base layer of the EPOGREEN cycle. The product consists of: •Comp. A: polyol, additives and special fillers; • comp. B: prepolyisocyanate; • comp. C: mixture of coloured quartz sands for the armouring of the base layer made of (A+B). is odourless both during installation and once fully cured.
use case
- EPOGREEN BOND is the specific product for the realization of the basic coat of the EPOGREEN cycle.
- The EPOGREEN cycle has been specifically formulated for the production of coatings in the food sector such as:
- • lining of trucks dedicated to the transport of foodstuffs in controlled temperature;
- • kitchen floors in restaurants and canteens;
- • food processing areas in supermarkets;
- • cold storage in all types of activities;
- • industrial departments dedicated to food processing;
- • stables and milking parlors;
- • Outdoor paving on ramps or sidewalks.
- As a basic coat of the EPOGREEN cycle, EPOGREEN BOND is applied in the form of resin mortar and inert and dusted with EPOGREEN BOND(C).
