Description
DESMOG C is a liquid gel cleanser with a high acid content that does not drip when applied vertically. DESMOG C contains special surfactants and adjuvants that exert an exceptional detergent and descaling action which is highly effective on: • Residues left by air pollution (fumes and combustion residues). • On efflorescence of mineral origin (saltpetre). When applied to building surfaces blackened by ageing and air pollution, it attacks and removes the polluting patina without damaging the substrate.
Field of application
- DESMOG C is used as an acid cleaner for (little or much) deteriorated surfaces that present blackening caused by:
- •Rain.
- • Corrosive fumes.
- • Combustion fumes.
- DESMOG C is specially designed to remove the blackish-gray patina left by air pollution on the facades of historic buildings.
- The supports on which it is particularly effective are:
- • Terracotta brick facades.
- • Clinker or stoneware flooring, natural stone, siliceous stone, etc.
- • Walls and surfaces in exposed concrete.
- Due to the high acid content of DESMOG C, DESMOG A is recommended for limestone (see data sheet).
