MS polymer-based sealant with high waterproofing and low-modulus elasticity characteristics, combined with exceptional tear resistance and strong adhesion ability. BETONSEAL MS 2.0 is specifically for durable sealing of driveway joints on tile floors in industries processing meat, cheese, vegetables, fish, etc., where there is a high frequency of pressure washing. Suitable for indoor and outdoor nonstructural use, for joints in facade elements and glazing, even in cold climates.

is a low-modulus, moisture-curing, thixotropic monocomponent sealant free from isocyanates and silicone based on silane-terminated hybrid polymer. cross-wires rapidly and gives rise to a highly elastic polymer that adheres perfectly to most substrates without the use of primers or adhesion promoters. has a marked resistance to UV rays and weathering, virtually zero shrinkage and permanent elasticity even after prolonged ageing at temperatures between –40°C and +100°C.
use case
- Unlike most competing products, BETONSEAL MS 2.0 is a sealant on the surface of which vericiating and waterproofing products applied in the liquid state firmly adhere.
- This feature makes BETONSEAL MS 2.0 perfect for the realization of elastic shells, the treatment of joints and the connection of building structures before the application of liquid waterproofing agents such as:
- • BETONGUAINA;
- • BETONGUAINA. S;
- • BETONGUAINA BASEMENT;
- • NORTIG (all types);
- • EASY-LAST 901;
- • TRAFFIDECK;
- • PU BASE.
- BETONSEAL MS 2.0 is used to seal expansion joints subject to movements of ± 25% of the initial size.
- In particular, BETONSEAL MS 2.0 can be used for:
- • create elastic shells on roofs, terraces and balconies after treating the concrete surfaces with NORPHEN FONDO IGRO (see Technical Data Sheet);
- • carry out the treatment of fractionation and expansion joints by creating elastomeric strips without reinforcement (on roofs, terraces and balconies);
- • make the elastic coupling of flashings and gutters in copper, normal and pre-painted galvanized sheet, stainless steel of all types, anodized aluminum after cleaning from greasy and heavy substances with BETONSEAL CLEANER (see Technical Data Sheet);
- • create shells and fittings with plastic elements after treating the substrate with a specific primer from the NORDPROM series (see Technical Data Sheets);
- • sealing the joints of external walls, the perimeter joints of windows and doors in the construction of buildings, including the internal face;
- • seal portholes, windows, stained glass;
- • make glass-on-glass joints;
- • Glue building material elements to metal surfaces of any kind.
