EPOGREEN BOND
Fast-curing elastic three-component primer for making the intermediate layer of the EPOGREEN system. Good ability to compensate for uneven surfaces and suitable for pharmaceutical and food industries due to its high mechanical strength and ease of cleaning and sanitization.
Description
EPOGREEN BOND is a solvent-free, three-component, elastic polyurethane resin used to create the base coat of the EPOGREEN system.
The product consists of:• Part A: polyol, additives and special fillers;
• Part B: prepolyisocyanate;
• Part C: mixture of coloured quartz sands for the armouring of the base layer made of EPOGREEN BOND (A+B).
EPOGREEN BOND is odourless both during installation and once fully cured.Field of application

EPOGREEN BOND is the specific product for the realization of the basic coat of the EPOGREEN system.

The EPOGREEN system has been specifically formulated for the production of coatings in the food sector such as:
- • lining of trucks dedicated to the transport of foodstuffs in controlled temperature;
- • kitchen floors in restaurants and canteens;
- • food processing areas in supermarkets;
- • cold storage in all types of activities;
- • industrial departments dedicated to food processing;
- • stables and milking parlors;
- • Outdoor paving on ramps or sidewalks.

As a basic coat of the EPOGREEN system, EPOGREEN BOND is applied in the form of resin mortar and inert and dusted with EPOGREEN BOND(C).
