Description
NORDPUR SW MAT XF is: • a two-component, water-based coloured polyurethane enamel; • fast-drying; • With a matte, non-yellowing finish. When applied to various types of building surfaces, NORDPUR SW MAT XF creates a coating resistant to atmospheric agents and abrasion 4–5 hours after application (at +23°C and 50% R.H.). Due to its chemical nature (aliphatic polyurethane) NORDPUR SW MAT XF does not undergo substantial color changes or changes in opacity over time, even following sun exposure. The special characteristics of NORDPUR SW MAT XF mean that a recoat joint does not appear (an unsightly phenomenon typically manifested by opaque glazes and paints when fresh product is continued next to a part of the laying surface that is already drying). NORDPUR SW MAT XF can be added (only in the finishing coat) with a special liquid component – COMPONENT C EXTRA W (see Technical Data Sheet) – with an anti-dirt effect to be incorporated directly into the mixture A + B.
Field of application
- NORDPUR SW MAT XF is indicated as a finishing coating for:
- • traditional plasters;
- •Concrete;
- • plasterboard walls;
- • walls made of hydrophobic cement or silicate panels;
- • epoxy resin, epoxy cement or polyurethane resin coatings (on floors or walls);
- • industrial concrete or cement screed floors;
- • metal structures (also in galvanized steel).
