WATERPROOFING ADHESIVE SEALANT
A mono-component sealant suitable for the watertight sealing of all elastic bridges and for creating watertight fillets between screeds and walls, sub-thresholds, drains and pass-through pipes before the application of waterproof membranes. For sealing of pipes, grilles and flanges in swimming pools, hydromassage tubs, Turkish baths, bathrooms, etc. It can be covered just one hour after its application, to obtain excellent adhesion with any coating or waterproofing material.

A cement-based pre-mixed product with controlled shrinkage, medium-fast setting (4–8 days) for screeds with characteristics superior to SC1. Particularly suitable for creating radiant screeds, thanks to its high thermal conductivity.

BINDER FOR MEDIUM- TO FAST-SETTING SAND AND CEMENT SCREEDS
A binder specially formulated for preparing substrates with high mechanical characteristics, with controlled shrinkage and medium- to fast-setting, with the sole addition of screed aggregates.

FAST FLUID 30
ADDITIVE FOR SCREEDS, DRYING ACCELERATOR
It is a liquid to be added to sand and cement screed mixtures for accelerating drying and setting: in ideal conditions, the screed is ready for laying with cement adhesive just 24 hours after casting.
Used at 1.5% by weight of the cement.
FAST FLUID AG
ADDITIVE FOR SCREEEDS, FROSTPROOFER
A liquid to be added to sand and cement screed mixtures for protection against frost and as a setting accelerator. Chloride-free.
Used from 1% to 2% by weight of the cement depending on the work temperature. When added to the mixture together with FAST FLUID 300, it speeds up setting even at very low temperatures.

A lightweight bi-component filler for filling and rigidly sealing any building surface. It is highly recommended for anchoring steel bars when repairing structural and mobile cracks on sand and cement screeds, and on concrete walls and floors (swimming pools and water tanks in particular). Also suitable for eliminating expansion joints in concrete floor slabs before applying rigid resin treatments.

RECASTING MORTAR FOR LARGE SURFACES WITH THICKNESS FROM 1 TO 30 mm, DIRECT FINISH
A powdered pre-mixed product prepared by adding water for obtaining a thixotropic mortar that is also ideal for low thicknesses.
It is mainly used for overlays on incorrectly finished concrete surfaces, such as walls of tubs, tanks, swimming pools and items in general that need to be rectified. It can be finished directly with a trowel without any need for final skim coating applications.
