This type of floor is often subjected to processing applications where oil is used (pure or emulsified): an R9 non-slip finish (DIN 51130) is thus required for areas at risk. If modern machines that do not leak oil onto the floor are used, the customer may choose to treat the dry areas with a low-thickness cycle with a smooth finish.

Consumption approximately 0.55 kg/m2.

MALTA RAPIDA 12+ SPRINKLING WITH QUARTZ 0.4/0.6 mm

Consumption of MALTA RAPIDA 2 kg/m2. Sprinkling with 0.4/0.6 mm quartz when wet, for a consumption of roughly 3.0/3.5 kg/m2.

Add QUARTZ 0.1/0.3 + 0.4/0.6 mm + SPRINKLE UNTIL SATURATION WITH NATURAL QUARTZ 0.4/0.6 mm BI-COMPONENT SOLVENT-FREE ADHESION PRIMER Consumption of quartz in mixture 30–50% max Consumption of FONDO SL approximately 0.6 kg/m2. Consumption of natural quartz sprinkle 3 kg/m2.
