SC 1-BASE is used in the production of screeds with excellent compressive strength and drying speed, without the need to achieve the high performance of SC1 and SC1-F premixed products, as in the case of:
• Installation of large ceramic tiles.
• Installation of medium and high thickness resins (greater than 1.5 mm).
• Laying resilient floors in pedestrian areas (excluding trolleys).
• Preparation of substrates on roofs, terraces and balconies before laying BETONGUAINA, EASY-LAST 90 and products of the NORTIG series.
• Preparation of quick-drying substrates.

SC 1-BASE allows you to create ideal substrates for the installation of underfloor heating for the subsequent laying of coverings with any type of finish.
In this case, after the realization of the screed, it is advisable to turn on the heating slowly and then let it cool, before proceeding with the laying of the coatings.
