A two-component liquid product designed to give epoxy (such as NORPHEN VASCHE) or polyester (such as ESTER PE) coatings very high chemical resistance to many compounds and substances (see data sheet). For proper functionality at the time of installation, the addition of ESTER comp. C (accelerant for low temperatures) and ESTER comp. D (paraffin-always necessary at the stage of the last coat).

is a bi-component product consisting of: • component A: mixture of liquid multifunctional prepolymers and additives. • Component B: polymerization catalyst. Once completely cured gives rise to coatings with excellent chemical and corrosion resistance, while retaining an exceptional combination of temperature resistance and flexibility. In support of the product are also available: • ESTER component C: product accelerator when the temperature of the working environment is below +15°C; • ESTER component D: paraffin-based additive necessary for the creation of the finishing layer.
use case
- ESTER VE is used in the realization of anti-acid finishes of floors and coatings for different types of building surfaces, artifacts and equipment such as storage tanks, process tanks, pipes, pipelines etc ...
- Chemical resistance:
- • in contact with liquids up to a maximum operating temperature of +105°C;
- • in contact with gases up to +180°C.
