Two-component product based on polyester resins

ESTER PE

COD: ESTER PE

Two-component reactive product, based on polyester resins, to be reinforced with VETROMAT 22 or glass reinforcements with higher weight, for the realization of antacid coatings on containment tanks.

categories:

description

is a bi-component product consisting of: • component A: a mixture of liquid polyfunctional prepolymers of unsaturated polyester nature and additives. • Component B: cross-linking initiator. When fully matured, the material has good chemical, corrosion and heat resistance. In support of the product are also available: • ESTER (C): product accelerator when the temperature of the working environment is below +15°C; • ESTER (D): paraffin-based additive necessary for the production of the finishing layer.

use case

  • ESTER PE is used in the realization of anti-acid finishes of floors and coatings for different types of building surfaces, artifacts and equipment such as storage tanks, process tanks, pipes, pipelines etc ...
  • Chemical resistance:
  • • in contact with liquids up to a maximum service temperature of +80°C;
  • • in contact with gases up to +90°C.
  • These conditions may vary depending on the chemical nature of the liquid in contact: for further specifications contact the Nord Resine Technical Office at support@nordresine.com.
