description

is a two-component colored mortar-very soft to apply-with high chemical-mechanical strengths based on epoxy resin, silica aggregates and special fillers specifically designed for high-strength bonding of mosaics and tiles on vertical and horizontal building surfaces. Applied on a surface covered with mosaic or tiles, allows to realize colored joints (, as per the color chart "THE COLORS OF THE FUGANTI") chemically very resistant and stable to sunlight. is Suitable for making HACCP-compliant surfaces.

use case

  • EPOSEAL W finds use as an adhesive and sealant for mosaic and ceramic tile coverings with joint widths between 2 and 15 mm when high resistance to chemicals and washing (acid and alkaline) and high hygienic standards are required.
  • Examples of EPOSEAL W application:
  • • swimming pools and fountains with fresh, thermal or brackish water;
  • • floors and walls of bathrooms and showers;
  • • floors and walls in company, hospital, hotel kitchens and canteens, etc.;
  • • floors and walls of breweries, canning industries, cellars, slaughterhouses, etc.;
  • • tanks and floors of purification plants;
  • • Tables, walls and floors in laboratories.
  • ► Surfaces for which EPOSEAL W is not eligible:
  • • Tuscan terracotta.
  • • areas in oil mills.
