Description

MALTA BASE is a solvent free two-component liquid epoxy product made up of:
• component A: a mixture of liquid epoxy pre-polymers and special additives;
• component B: co-polymerisation amine.
MALTA BASE is specifically designed to be additioned with variable amounts of quartz sands (different particle size) to obtain exceptional resin-quartz mixes. These may be used to produce special mortars offering superior mechanical and chemical properties with respect to cement based ones.

Field of use

MALTA BASE trova impiego come legante di base per la formulazione di malte epossidiche per le seguenti applicazioni:
• realizzazione di riporti per la formazione di pendenze con spessori da 1 mm a qualunque spessore prima della stesura di rivestimenti in resina, in particolare per le industrie del settore alimentare;
• riparazione di buche e avvallamenti nei pavimenti industriali al quarzo, in settori industriali di qualunque tipo;
• costruzione di sgusciature e baggioli su ponti e viadotti;
• realizzazione di sgusciature di raccordo fra pavimento e parete prima della realizzazione di pavimenti in resina;
• realizzazione di riporti e finiture indurenti sui pavimenti industriali (rivestimenti a massetto) nella ristrutturazione di vecchi pavimenti in calcestruzzo al quarzo;
• realizzazione di riporti con lisciatura meccanica, impermeabili e con resistenze meccaniche molto superiori ai calcestruzzi industriali, destinati all’industria meccanica pesante.
