Description
NASTRO DI RAME AUTOADESIVO is made up of copper foil and a conductive acrylic adhesive.
NASTRO DI RAME AUTOADESIVO can be applied in strips or die-cut according to specific shapes and dimensions. Compared to mechanical fastenings, it ensures quicker assembly and a solid jointing line, without interruptions that could negatively interfere with the performance of the shielding.
NASTRO DI RAME AUTOADESIVO can be used to drain the static charge in case of earthing and for EMI shielding and can withstand oxidation and fading.
NASTRO DI RAME AUTOADESIVO is suitable for the NORPHEN ESC resin flooring cycle.
Field of use
NASTRO DI RAME AUTOADESIVO is used to make:
• Resin coating for ESC conductive or static-dissipative floors, with the aim of evening the floor’s conductivity and making the earthing system and/or equipotential connection.
• Shielding of electromagnetic interferences of doors and panels of containers and electronic equipment.
• Shielding of electromagnetic interferences of joints and opening in shielded rooms, of cables and electronic connectors.
• Shielding of electromagnetic interferences between windings of transformers, coils and relays.
The typical shielding resistance for the NASTRO DI RAME AUTOADESIVO is between 50 dB and 60 dB (from 30 MHz to 1 GHz).
