SC 1 è un premiscelato in polvere che, con aggiunta di acqua in proporzioni esatte, dà origine ad un impasto specifico per la realizzazione di sottofondi (massetti) ad asciugatura veloce e a ritiro estremamente ridotto.
SC 1 is suitable for use in both interiors and exteriors and is specially formulated for laying resilient flooring/paving (PVC, rubber, etc.) and resins.
The ideal thickness of screeds made with SC 1 is 5–6 cm, but the product is highly versatile and can also be used to obtain very low thicknesses.
SC 1 è un ready-made product that creates a screed possessing the following excellent properties:
• asciugamento medio-rapido;
• elevata resistenza a compressione (da 30 a 40 MPa a seconda della compattazione);
• is suitable for laying in adhesion to the floor slab (composite screed) and as a floating screed (cast over the separating sheet);
• high thermal conductivity value, λ = 1.9 W/(m•K).
SC 1 is ideal for making:
• screeds for balconies, terraces and flat roofs;
• massetti per pavimenti radianti (sistemi di riscaldamento a pavimento);
• composite screeds (adhering to the floor slab) with low thickness (minimum 2 cm);
• floating screeds (on separating sheet) with low thickness (minimum 3.5 cm);
• composite screeds (if well-compacted) for car parks to be covered with resin or tiles;
• composite or floating screeds for laying solid wood.
