NORPHEN DRESS is a transparent two-component product to which the component consisting of the mixture of marbles, dyes and sands with specific grain size is added to achieve the aesthetic effect of Venetian blinds. It is laid by casting, filling in the voids left after the decors have been laid: the result is a smooth polished floor, obtained with sanding cycles similar to the original marble and cement ones, but with different tools.

NORPHEN DRESS is a transparent liquid epoxy system consisting of: • component A: mixture of liquid epoxy prepolymers and additives; • component B: copolymerization amine. The two components, mixed at the time of use in the appropriate ratio, give rise to a transparent compound extremely fluid (low viscosity) and highly reactive suitable for the realization of mixtures very loaded with aggregates. After maturation, the conglomerate exhibits excellent chemical/physical characteristics in terms of: •flexibility; • resistance to yellowing; • compressive strength; • Stain resistance.
Field of application
- NORPHEN DRESS has been specially designed and conceived for:
- • the production of fluid conglomerates with a high content of aggregates used in the production of prefabricated tiles;
- • the on-site construction of Venetian flooring with final sanding. In this case, the resin is combined with a mixture of aggregates based on flakes, marble powder and other natural stones.
