Description

NORPHEN SW FONDO is a two-component, water-based, ultra-high-coverage epoxy product with a white color used to make the base coat in conjunction with finishes with low coverage colors (see COLOR LIST at the end of the Nord Resine PRICE LIST). NORPHEN SW FONDO consists of: • component A: mixture of liquid epoxy pre-polymers in emulsion; • Component B: copolymerization amines, pigments and special fillers with high coverage. NORPHEN SW FONDO gives rise to a coating with remarkable chemical/mechanical characteristics: hardness, flexibility, resistance to abrasion and good general chemical resistance. NORPHEN SW FONDO is specially designed to make the color and absorption of the surface uniform where it is applied.

Field of application

  • NORPHEN SW FONDO is used as a base coat for the following coatings:
  • • SW ENAMEL.
  • • NORDPUR SW (in all variants).
  • • SW LC ENAMEL.
  • • Q-ENAMEL.
  • In particular NORPHEN SW FONDO it is essential when applying a finish:
  • • with a low-coverage tint on a coloured, dark surface or of a colour very different from that of the finish;
  • • on a surface with uneven absorption.
