Description

NORDRY 100 BASE is a concentrated product formulated with water-repellent compounds with functional modification. Suitably diluted in water, NORDRY 100 BASE is able to hydrophobicize porous materials, in particular: • Cement-based mixtures (preferably fresh – green concrete) • Terracotta. NORDRY 100 BASE (in diluted form) is suitable for injection in damp walls with low and medium porosity as a hydrophobicising treatment. The hydrophobic effect is achieved thanks to the dual action of NORDRY 100 BASE: • Saturation of the micropores of the treated material. • Lowering of surface tension in the walls of macropores (capillaries).

  • NORDRY 100 BASE is used as a hydrophobic solution.
  • NORDRY 100 BASE may be used by:
  • • Injection of carbonate natural stone for the treatment of terracotta masonry, mixed stone and terracotta.
  • • Immersion (in a tank), to hydrophobicize concrete (tiles and tiles) and terracotta (artifacts in general).
