High-tenacity bidirectional 0°-90° basalt fiber mesh with special sizing to improve compatibility and adhesion with cementitious mortars and lime-based mortars. BASALT MESH-FLEX 450 is used with cementitious mortars and with lime-based mortars from the GROVE line for the rehabilitation of buildings in need of reconstruction, consolidation and adaptation to operating stresses.
Description
BASALT MESH-FLEX 450 is a bidirectional high tenacity basalt fiber mesh 0°-90°, particularly suitable in FRCM structural reinforcement systems. BASALT MESH-FLEX 450 has a special coating that improves compatibility and adhesion with cement mortars and lime-based mortars. BASALT MESH-FLEX 450 has a grammage of 450 g/m² and a span (25x25) mm.
Field of application
- BASALT MESH-FLEX 450 is used, with GROVE 30 NHL lime-based mortar, for the rehabilitation of buildings in need of reconstruction, consolidation and adaptation to operating stresses, following degradation due to causes such as overloads, subsidence, earthquake and other degradation of various kinds.
